Comparing apples for apples?

• Are they licensed, trade-certified builder?
• Do they offer structural guarantees and a maintenance period post handover?
• Can they build on your block of land? 
• Do they have a home design that meets your needs, wants and budget?
• What are their build time frames? Are these guaranteed?
• Will you have a dedicated Customer Service Officer and Site Supervisor to manage your build and answer your questions?
• What costs are included for approvals such as Building Approvals and QBCC Warranty Insurance?
• What inclusions are included in their base price? What upgrades and extras will you need to factor in, on top of the base price?
• How much is the deposit that you need to pay? What is the process if you cancel?
