Being able to feel textures, get a close up look at tapware, cabinetry and stone benchtops, and a get true sense of floor plans and layouts is invaluable before committing to building your new home.
Display homes typically showcase the latest trends, products, fixtures and appliances so visiting is a great way to see how these can combine in a home. It can also help you realise what you don't like too - perhaps you had your heart set of black tapware* but after seeing this on display you realise that maybe brushed gold is more for you.
