Express Time Frames Guaranteed

*DC Living’s Express Time Frames Guarantee is available on new deposits from 25 May 2023 and are applicable to standard plans from our Expression Range without any amendments, with colour selections from the Expression Colour Boards without any amendments. Express Time Frames Guarantee is applicable to registered land in Greenfield Estates only. The following may alter/void the Express Time Frames Guarantee: Change in home design or façade after the date of deposit; amendments to the home design or colour schemes; any time delays we incur around your availability for the formal colour selections appointment; any council related applications; and/or any delay with the authority to commence construction from your lending body. Any requests for further changes after the signing of the contract will incur fees at the discretion of DC Living and may alter/void the Express Time Frames Guarantee. The three weeks to contract time frame commences upon our receipt of the completed Soil Test & Contour Survey. The build time frame commences at base claim stage.
